Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Velmio's website or purchasing any of our courses, programmes, or services.
By accessing or using the Velmio website (velmio.io) and purchasing any course, programme, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Velmio provides AI education programmes, corporate training, and AI consulting services. Course descriptions, durations, and delivery formats are outlined on the relevant product pages and may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to modify course content, instructors, or delivery schedules with reasonable notice.
All prices are displayed at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless explicitly noted.
Payments are processed securely via MoonPay, a regulated financial services provider. MoonPay supports multiple payment methods including card payments and cryptocurrency. By completing a purchase, you authorise Velmio to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method via MoonPay.
MoonPay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to all transactions processed through their platform. Velmio is not a cryptocurrency exchange and does not hold or manage cryptocurrency on your behalf.
Prices are subject to change; the price shown at checkout at the time of your transaction is the final price.
Self-paced foundation courses: full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
Live cohort programmes: refunds are available up to 7 days before the cohort start date. No refunds are issued once a cohort has begun.
Bootcamp and Enterprise programmes: refund terms are agreed individually and stated in your enrolment agreement.
Payments made via MoonPay using cryptocurrency may be subject to MoonPay's refund and reversal policies. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, refunds for crypto payments may be issued in fiat currency equivalent at the time of the original transaction.

All course materials, videos, documents, assessments, and content provided by Velmio are the exclusive intellectual property of Velmio Limited. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access purchased content for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share course materials without prior written consent.
You agree not to share your account credentials with others, resell access to courses, record or redistribute live sessions without permission, or engage in any activity that disrupts the learning environment for other participants. Velmio reserves the right to terminate access without refund for breaches of these terms.
Completion certificates are issued upon meeting the stated completion criteria for each programme. Certificates confirm participation and completion; they do not constitute a regulated qualification unless explicitly stated. Velmio certificates remain the property of Velmio and may be revoked if terms are breached.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Velmio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or course content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant course or service.
Velmio is not responsible for any losses arising from cryptocurrency market fluctuations during or after a MoonPay-facilitated transaction.
Your use of Velmio services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review them at velmio.io/privacy and velmio.io/cookies.
Our platform integrates with MoonPay for payment processing. Your use of MoonPay's services is subject to MoonPay's own terms and privacy policy. Velmio does not accept liability for the actions or omissions of third-party providers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Velmio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active customers of material changes via email.
